There's
never been a more exciting time to join as a police officer
As a piper or drummer in Strathclyde Police Pipe Band, you are representing Strathclyde Police as an ambassador of the organisation both at home and abroad. As such, we rightly demand that every individual in the band organisation meets the highest standards of performance, presentation and self-discipline. If you believe that you possess the qualities required to be a piper or drummer with Strathclyde Police Pipe Band and you would like to be considered for future vacancies with us, we invite pipers to E-mail Pipe Major Donald Mackay at donald.mackay@strathclyde.pnn.police.uk and drummers to E-mail Drum Sergeant Eric Ward at eric.ward@strathclyde.pnn.police.uk. Please provide us with your name, date of birth and full contact details as well as full CV of your piping or drumming experience, achievements and honours - competitive or otherwise - to date. You will thereafter be contacted by a member of the pipe band's management team to discuss your enquiry in more detail.
