Strathclyde Police Pipe Band is also interested in recruiting experienced and committed civilian guest players to augment and support the established contingent of police personnel. Whether you are a serving police officer or a civilian with a proven track record in piping or drumming, Strathclyde Police Pipe Band can offer you the opportunity to compete at the highest levels of Grade 1.

As a piper or drummer in Strathclyde Police Pipe Band, you are representing Strathclyde Police as an ambassador of the organisation both at home and abroad. As such, we rightly demand that every individual in the band organisation meets the highest standards of performance, presentation and self-discipline.
